Professional Systems is a full service technology
company specializing in Network Services, Integrated Video Surveillance,
Structured Cabling and IT Managed Services. PSI has built a
reputation of delivering innovative technology solutions and services to
public and private sector sector organizations that span horizontal and
vertical markets.. At the core of our organization is the
philosophy that we only provide services that we believe we can be the
best at delivering. To insure we maintain these service levels ,
we continuously measure ourselves against a tough set of standards.
Founded in 1995, PSI has built our business based on a simple
concept, add maximum value to our customers through innovative
technology services. We began our company servicing local business
customers and since have grown to service many of the worlds largest
companies. Our list of customers include Walmart Stores,
Walgreens, BMO-Harris and Chase Bank, Chicago Public Schools and many
more.
At the core of our success is our world-class team of professional
and skill staff and our extended family of partners that we have
established over the years. At PSI we believe the people that work
for us and with us are our greatest asset. Over the years we have
deployed an extremely selective process to vett and higher members to
our team as well as partners who work with us. The results of our
strict hiring and vetting process has allowed us to maintain high
customer satisfaction levels and business recognition such as the "2013
South Suburban Small Business of the Year" honors.
In 2005 we purchased we purchased the building that houses our
Operations Center in Riverdale Illinois. This is where our
technical service operation is based. In 2014 PSI reached another
milestone when we opened our Sales and Innovation office in downtown
Chicago at the TechNexus technology collaborative that provide a unique
environment for strategic thinking and innovation.
